Social Media Management
Social media is a great tool for organizations to use to engage with stakeholders and expand their influence. I help organizations get their messages to people on multiple social media platforms.
I have helped to promote most organizations that I have been involved with. I am passionate about the work that I do and I want to help the organizations and people that I work with to brag about the great work that they do. This page gives examples of some of the work that I have done to promote organizations.
The Jesuit Post
Promotion Team Member (2015-Present)
This is a website started by Jesuits with the purpose of engaging important social issues from the context of Jesuit teaching and spirituality. Promotion team members read new articles posted on the site and develop messages to promote content on Facebook and Twitter. The team also monitors and respond to messages and comments. The current audience of the Jesuit Post includes 57,000 followers on Facebook and 16,000 on Twitter.
Bellarmine House of Studies Jesuit Community
Social Media Manager (2014-Present)
This is a community of Jesuits in formation living at St. Louis University. The community had a minimal presence of social media when I became the social media manager. In a year we went from 250 followers on Facebook to 1150. I also started Twitter and Instagram accounts for the community and developed regular content. The social media presence can still be improved, but has come a long way through organization and planned content.​
Print Materials
I have made different print materials for the organizations that I have worked with. They range complexity and creativity as I have grown as a designer.
At first I was making simple fliers for events that I hosted in different groups. Over time I was asked by these organizations for more materials. I have created stationary, business cards, and postcards for groups including Bellarmine House of Studies. I worked for a summer creating vocation promotion posters for the Central and Southern Province of the Society of Jesus. I have created invitations and programs for various ceremonies in the Jesuits.
